Our Team

Founded in 1986, Constructora Perales de Matamoros established the foundation for what later expanded into CPM Design LLC, a family-owned business launched in the United States in 2003. Together, we bring more than three decades of experience in the planning, design, and execution of architectural, and interior design projects. Our mission is to create exceptional spaces that exceed our clients’ expectations, delivering solutions tailored to their unique vision and requirements.

At CPM Design, our team of experienced architects and designers specializes in a broad range of residential, commercial, institutional, and interior design projects across both the public and private sectors. We focus on custom cabinetry, new construction, remodeling, and building maintenance, with the goal of enhancing the quality, functionality, and longevity of every environment we create. Our work is supported by a skilled team of craftsmen across multiple trades—including masonry, interior and exterior finishes, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, and more—allowing us to provide fully integrated, end-to-end solutions.

In addition, we operate a family-owned custom cabinetry and millwork manufacturing facility, where all cabinetry and millwork for our construction projects is fabricated in-house. We also design and produce custom cabinetry and millwork for external contractors, architects, and private clients throughout Northern Mexico and Texas. This hands-on, vertically integrated approach enables us to deliver premium-quality products and services within carefully planned timelines, while consistently upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and excellence.
